Using techniques such as thumb walking and hooking on specific points of the feet, reflexology works on reflexes that correspond to the entire body. This holistic approach aims to treat the whole person—physically, mentally, and emotionally—rather than just focusing on isolated symptoms.

By gently stimulating these reflex points, the body’s natural healing processes may be activated to help rebalance key systems, including the endocrine, digestive, reproductive, respiratory, circulatory, muscular, urinary, skeletal, and even the brain and facial areas. This can support the body in working as efficiently and comfortably as possible, enhancing overall wellbeing.

During a reflexology session, you’ll be welcomed into a calm, nurturing space designed to help you relax. After a brief consultation to discuss your health, lifestyle, and goals for treatment, you’ll remove your shoes and socks and recline in a comfortable chair or treatment couch. The treatment itself involves applying gentle but firm pressure to the feet using thumb and finger techniques—many clients find the sensation deeply soothing and even drift off to sleep.

Reflexology is non-invasive and personalised, with each session tailored to meet your unique needs. Whether you're dealing with stress, hormonal imbalance, digestive discomfort, chronic pain, fatigue, or simply want to improve your sense of balance and wellbeing, reflexology offers a gentle yet powerful route to feeling better in body and mind.
