No referral is needed. You’re welcome to contact us directly for any of our services. Our therapies work alongside conventional healthcare and are suitable for anyone looking to support their health naturally.

4. What happens during my first session?

Your first session begins with a consultation where we’ll get to know you and your needs—whether physical, emotional, or both. This helps us tailor your treatment or wellness plan in a way that feels right for you.

5. Are your treatments suitable for children and families?

Yes. We specialise in family wellness and offer gentle, natural support for children of all ages—from newborns to teens—as well as for parents and carers. Therapies are always age-appropriate and sensitively delivered.

6. Do you offer combination treatments or wellbeing plans?

7. How many sessions will I need?

8. What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be charged a fee to respect the time of our therapists and other clients.
