Counselling
We have two wonderful, highly qualified and insured counsellors to choose from. We suggest reading each one's information and seeing which one resonates best with you. We have a lovely, comfortable space to meet your counsellor in and can often arrange quieter times for you to visit or you can utilise our online counselling service and participate from the comfort of your own home.
. Both of our counsellors offer a free initial consultation to find out if counselling with them is right for you.

I am an accredited member of the NCPS. (The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society)
I provide a confidential, non-judgemental space in which you can feel safe to explore your thoughts, feelings and talk through any difficulties you may be experiencing.
Issues I work with include stress, anxiety and depression, anger, relational problems, bereavement and loss, trauma, self esteem, confidence, coping with life changes, ASD, young adult issues, LGBTQ+, sexuality/ identity.
I work in an integrative way which means I am able to combine different approaches and ideas to suit your specific needs.

I use a client led approach, which means working with you, at your pace. Together we can explore what is right for you.
An open and trusting therapeutic relationship between the counsellor and the client is the start of where change can begin, which in turn will enable you to move forward, improve your mental health, wellbeing and lead a more fulfilling life.
Taking the first step to begin therapy can take courage.

If you are ready to take that step and move towards positive change, I am here to support you on that journey.

Louise Roisin
Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling
BACP member
£45 for 1 hour
I’m an integrative humanistic Counsellor based in North Devon, working with people who have experienced depression, anxiety, trauma, domestic abuse and dementia.

The humanistic approach adopts the belief that everyone is a unique being and their experiences and thoughts are their own. I blend different modalities from transactional analysis, Gestalt and person-centred practice to follow your agenda.

If you are searching for a Counsellor, it may mean that life has become overwhelming, you may feel stuck, or perhaps your emotions are weighing you down and having an impact on your daily life. It can feel like a lonely place to be, hoping each day may become easier or a little brighter but the feeling never lifting.
I believe sharing and talking about your experiences in a safe, calm, confidential and non-judgementalspace can help ease those feelings and lighten the emotional load, and this is something I am able to offer in a therapeutic setting.
