Physiotherapy

I'm a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience, specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy since 2009. I’ve also completed further training in Pilates, which I enjoy incorporating into my treatment approach—working with clients both one-to-one and in group sessions.

I'm passionate about helping people regain confidence in their bodies and return to the activities that matter most to them. My friendly and supportive approach is shaped by my values and years of experience, and is always grounded in evidence-based practice.

Licentiate in Homeopathy

Homeopathy

I am a fully qualified homeopath, specialising in children’s behavioural and emotional health, though I treat people of all ages.

My passion lies in restoring vitality and wellbeing. I work closely with children and families to uncover the root causes of imbalance—whether physical, emotional, or developmental—and I support the body’s natural ability to heal itself.

Rather than simply treating symptoms, I focus on understanding when and why issues began, aiming to address the underlying cause for long-term healing. My approach is holistic, compassionate, and guided by both my training and experience.

Homeopathic remedies are gentle yet powerful. They work in harmony with the body to stimulate self-healing, without the side effects of conventional medicine. Remedies are safe for children and tailored to each individual—there truly is a remedy for everything, and finding the right one is at the heart of my work.

Level 5 Coaching Professional
Level 2 Centra Person Centred Counselling
Mental Health First Aid and Suicide First Aid

Coach

Elin is a Level 5 qualified Coaching Professional and also holds a Level 2 Centra Person-Centred Counsellingqualification. She has completed both Mental Health First Aid and Suicide First Aid training, giving her a solid understanding of how to support people who  know they want to change, either in their private or professional lives, but aren't quite sure where to start.

Her background spans a wide range of people-focused roles, including 10 years in social care and 13 years working in primary and special schools. She also has 25 years of experience in people management, giving her deep insight into communication, motivation, and the challenges individuals face in both professional and personal environments.

Alongside her professional qualifications, Elin is a mum to two (mostly!) lovely young men, offering her plenty of lived experience in navigating the ups and downs of family life.

This blend of professional knowledge and real-life understanding allows Elin to bring empathy, patience, and genuine curiosity to her coaching. She aims to create a space where people feel seen, heard, and understood, and where they can explore change with confidence and support.

Before finding my true passion in aesthetics, my career was always centered around helping people, moving from healthcare and the fire rescue service to teaching swimming.  Outside of the clinic, you’ll usually find me doing CrossFit and enjoying my 3 beautiful boys.

For me, it’s not about changing how you look, but about making you feel absolutely incredible and happy in your own skin.

I believe aesthetic medicine should feel empowering and understated—helping you look refreshed, not overdone.
