During this two hour workshop, we will explore something many of us struggle with, how we can learn to set better personal boundaries.
We will learn how to say no without guilt, understand our limits and honour them.
We will explore how to communicate your needs with clarity and confidence.
We will also look out why it can feel so difficult, well healthy boundaries look like and practical ways to start showing up for yourself in a more empowered way.
This is a warm and supportive space for women to connect, reflect and grow.
You don’t need to know anyone.
You don’t need to share unless you want to.
